Terms of Use

This website is run by the Columba Past Pupils Association Incorporated (“the Association”, “we”, “us”) to share news and events and to let past pupils of Columba College apply for membership. It is not the official website of Columba College.

Applying on this website is a request to join; it is reviewed by the Committee. Membership, including who can join, the fee and how membership ends, is governed by the Association's Constitution. If anything on this website conflicts with the Constitution, the Constitution applies.

When you apply, please give accurate details and only apply for yourself.

Please don't:

• Submit false information or apply on someone else's behalf without their permission
• Try to access parts of the site you're not authorised to
• Interfere with the site, overload it, or use automated tools to scrape it
• Use the site for anything unlawful

The Association's name, crest, logos, photos and written content belong to the Association or the people who provided them. You're welcome to share links and event details, but please ask us before reusing logos or photos.

We try to keep news and event details up to date, but dates, venues and prices can change. Please check with the organisers before relying on them.

The site links to other websites, such as Columba College and our social media pages. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, the Association isn't liable for any loss arising from using the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that can't be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
